~Server Rules~

I. General

Sanctiunile se aplica pentru toata lumea indiferent de level.
Sanctiunile se vor aplica atat in joc cat si la sectiunea "Post Non-Rp" pe forum.
Aveti obligatia de a face poza si de a posta la "Plangeri" in cazul in care vedeti un jucator incalcand regulamentul.
Zonele Safe ( in care nu aveti voie sa deschideti focul ) : Oricare Pay'n'Spray, Tunning , CNN LS , Bank LS, Rentcar LS/SF, Farmer, Trucker, Benzinarii, Gunshop LS/SF, GarbageMan, Sweeper, LSPD, FBI, Army, City Hall, Civilian Spawn și Car Dealership.
La orice regula incalcata unde sanctiunea este de tipul "Banul variaza" , adminul va decide numarul de zile al banului.

II. Limbaj

IMPORTANT : Sanctiunile se vor aplica indiferent daca insulta / jignirea a fost cenzurata ( prin "****") sau nu, inclusiv prescurtari ale lor. Pedepsele se pot da si in functie de gravitatea faptei.

1. Jignirea de orice tip adusa unui jucator / mafie etc. ( Exemplu : "Prostule" , "Destept" , "Bou")

Prima abatere : +1 Warn
A doua abatere : Ban 2 zile.
A treia abatere sau mai mult : Banul variaza intre 3-7 zile.

2. Insultele de orice tip adresate unui jucator / mafie

Prima abatere : Ban o zi.
A doua abatere : Ban 3 zile.
A treia abatere sau mai mult : Banul variaza intre 5-14 zile.

3. Insultele / jignirile aduse oricarui admin, inclusiv luat la misto sau amenintari

NOTA : Veti fi banat indiferent daca l-ati insultat in SA:MP sau alt mijloc. ( Messenger, Skype etc. )

Pedepsele sunt stabilite de adminul care se ocupa de caz.

4. Insultele adresate serverului

Ban permanent de la prima abatere.

5. Jignirile / Insultele scrise pe oricare chat in care este vizibil pentru toti jucatorii ( /ad , /live , /news )

Prima abatere : Ban 3 zile.
A doua abatere sau mai mult : Ban 5 zile pana la permanent. ( In functie de caz )

6. Nick-uri indecente.

Nu permitem asa ceva asadar se va sanctiona prin ban permanent de la prima abatere.

III. Deathmatch

IMPORTANT : Sanctiunile se vor aplica oricarui jucator , indiferent de factiunea in care se afla. Mai pot exista exceptii , veti vedea mai jos. (In-Game) Daca vi s-a aplicat deja o sanctiune pt DM, dar continuati sa trageti se poate trece la sanctiunea pentru urmatoarea abatere. (Fie ca au trecut 5 secunde , fie 10 secunde e tot una ).

1. Deathmatch Safe-Zone

Prima abatere : Ban 1 zi.
A doua abatere sau mai mult : Banul variaza intre 3-7 zile.

2. Deathmatch de orice tip in afara Safe-Zone ( excesiv sau fara motiv )

Prima abatere : +1 Warn
A doua abatere : Ban 1 zi.
A treia abatere sau mai mult : Banul variaza intre 3-7 zile.

NOTA: Nu se aplica mafiotilor ce omoara/ataca jucatorii aflati pe blacklist.

3. Drive-by ( Omorarea unui jucator cu ajutorul masinii ).
NOTA : Din cauza bugului de la SA:MP , drive-by prin Deagle va fi interzis, cel care va trage cu aceasta arma ia ban 5 zile la prima abatere.

A) Atacarea / Omorarea unui jucator , dumneavoastra fiind pasager.

Prima abatere : +1 Warn.
A doua abatere sau mai mult : Banul variaza intre 1-3 zile.

B) Omorarea unui jucator sau intentia de a-l omori , calcandu-l ( Dumneavoastra fiind sofer )

Prima abatere : +1 Warn.
A doua abatere sau mai mult : Banul variaza intre 1-3 zile.

C) Atacarea / Omorarea unui jucator cu arma, dumneavoastra fiind sofer.

Prima abatere : Ban 1 zi.
A doua abatere sau mai mult : Banul variaza intre 3-5 zile.

D) Atacarea / Omorarea unui jucator cu arma, dumneavoastra fiind pasager și fără a avea sofer.

Prima abatere : Ban 3 zile.
A doua abatere sau mai mult : Banul variaza intre 5-7 zile.

4. Kamikaze (Atunci cand omori sau intentionezi sa omori, una sau mai multe persoane, cu ajutorul unui vehicul, elicei elicopterului, explodand o benzinarie etc.)

Ban 3 zile de la prima abatere.

IV. Advertisement

Advertisement-ul ( cunoscut /AD ) poate fi folosit strict pentru anunturi importante ( Vanzare/cumparare proprietate, anuntarea unui event sau un anunt legat de un eveniment ) , in caz contrar se aplica urmatoarele :

Prima abatere : +1 warn.
A doua abatere sau mai mult : Ban 1-3 zile.

V. Inselatoriile ( De tipul : fie cu proprietati , fie altceva exceptie jocurile ilegale )
Acest lucru este strict interzis pe serverul nostru. Asadar ,in functie de caz, adminul decide soarta jucatorilor.

- înselarea unui jucător dându-te drept Arms Dealer sau acceptând bani și neachitând armele se va pedepsi cu +1 warn.
- înșelarea unui jucător dându-te drept Lawyer se va pedepsi în funcție de banii achitați acestuia (warn/ban 3-5 zile sau mai mult)
- înșelarea sau tentativa de a înșela un jucător cu proprietăți fără ca un admin să fie prezent se va pedepsi astfel: cel înșelat va rămâne fără bunurile pierdute iar cel care a înșelat va primi ban permanent.

VI. Coduri si bug abusing
1. Folosirea codurilor pe serverul nostru se va sanctiona cu ban permanent de la prima abatere.
2. Abuzul de anumite buguri ale jocului duce direct la ban de la 3 zile pana la permanent in functie de gravitatea bugului.
* Cateva exemple de buguri pentru care puteti primi ban de la 3 zile pana 5-7 zile : Bug abuse-ul de pe motocicleta unei factiuni, C-bug ( Ban 3 zile ), auto clicker sau orice altceva ce împiedică să primiți kick dacă sunteți AFK fără /sleep.
3. Cleo Mods de orice tip vor fi interzise de acum inainte cu exceptia Emergency Lights Mod, Moduri pe masini , Snow Mod si altele care nu te ajuta sa trisezi. Oricine va fi prins folosind alte moduri ( Parkour Mod , Matrix mod etc ) va primi ban permanent.
4. Orice abuz de anim în timpul unui contract, când polițiștii folosesc spray pe tine etc. se va pedepsi cu + 1 warn.
5. Pentru Jail Break se dă ban permanent. În caz că dați de un asemenea bug, faceți repede poze și dați relog. După aceea raportați bugul pe forum.

VII. Conturi furate

Staff-ul nu raspunde de conturile furate. Contul este proprietatea dumneavoastra asa ca sunteti obligati sa aveti grija mare de el.

Pentru securitatea contului dumneavoastra setati-va o parola de minim 8 caractere formata din litere si cifre care sa nu se poata descifra foarte usor.
Nu va inregistrati pe alte SITE-uri / SERVERE cu aceleasi date ( nume si parola ) ca cele de pe B-Zone.
Nu acceptati fisiere ciudate pe Yahoo Messenger sau oricare alt mijloc de transfer / descarcari al fisierelor. ( Pot fi considerate fisiere dubioase pozele / melodiile / s.a.m.d. de genul ".jpeg.exe" , ".mp3.exe")

VIII. Alte reguli

1. Barbutul si oricare joc ilegal (inclusiv dueluri pe bani etc.) vor fi interzise de acum inainte, drept urmare oricine va fi prins practicand aceste jocuri , va fi sanctionat astfel :

- Prima abatere : +1 warn pentru ambele parti.
- A doua abatere : Ban 1-3 zile pentru ambele parti.

2. A te folosi de comanda QUIT ( iesire de pe server ) atunci cand un politist te someaza sa tragi pe dreapta vei fi sanctionat prin Ban 1 zi + licenta de condus suspendata.

3. Functia /report se va folosi pentru a semnala codati, bug abuseri, probleme grave etc. Odata ce ati dat un report asteptati raspunsul unui admin, daca nu va raspunde pe loc nu continuati sa faceti spam pe report, ci dati un alt report peste 1-2 minute. Reporturile date aiurea se vor pedepsi cu kick/warn/ban dupa caz.

4. Fiecare jucator pana in level 7 are dreptul de a cere bani pentru level unui admin daca si numai daca playerul nu detine banii necesari pentru buylevel.

5. Împrumuturile sunt interzise pe server. Daca totusi doriti sa faceti un împrumut il faceti pe propria raspundere. Va avertizam ca riscul de a fi pacalit este foarte mare asa ca mare atentie.

6. Imprumutarea caselor / masinilor / banilor / biz-urilor altor jucatori ( chiar prieteni fiind ) le veti face pe propria raspundere. Va avertizam ca riscul de a fi pacalit este foarte mare asa ca mare atentie.

7. Amenintarea altor jucatori cu ban/kick/warn sau alte amenințări ușoare.
- Se vor pedepsi cu warn sau ban dupa caz.

Ameninarea altor jucatori cu privire la viata reala (de genul: vin și te găsesc, ne vedem noi.. etc.) sau orice alte amenințări grave se vor pedepsi cu ban 3-5 zile sau mai mare, dacă este cazul.

8. Ajutarea altui jucator la a face skill.
- Cei care vor fi prinsi facand acest lucru li se va seta skill 1 la toate job-urile secundare si +1 warn.

9. Abuzul de /enter si /exit pt a lua heal sau pentru a nu fi omorat se va pedepsi cu Ban 1 zi si excluderea din factiunea respectiva.

10. Deranjarea unui event / licitatii se va pedepsi cu kick/warn/ban dupa caz. Ramane la latitudinea adminului

11. Orice afacere care nu se face prin moneda jocului se va sanctiona cu ban permanent. ( Referire la euro , conturi steam etc. )

12. Cererea de /unfreeze când ești legat de un mafiot, când ai primit tazer de la un polițist sau orice alt caz din care nu ar trebui să scapi se va pedepsi cu +1 warn.

12. Folosirea comenzii QUIT pentru a scăpa de diverse situații (/q on tie, /q on BL, /q abuse on wanted etc.) se va pedepsi cu warn sau ban după caz.

** Observatii privind licitatiile : - La orice licitatie pasul va fi de 500.000$ ( Se liciteaza cu peste 500.000$ fata de ultima suma ) - Nu licitati mai mult decat detineti in banca si cash ( Atentie : Nu se merge pe sistemul : Imi da prietenul 5.000.000$ ). In momentul in care aveti banii, licitati. In caz contrar se va pedepsi cu ban pe perioada determinata. Durata banului va fi stabilita de admin. - Nu licitati mai putin decat ultima suma. Se pedepseste cu kick/warn/ban in functie de caz. Ramane la latitudinea adminului.

Pentru orice neregularitate care nu este prevăzută în regulament se va sancționa în funcție de decizia adminului care se ocupă de caz. Astfel nu aveți nici o scuză că acele reguli nu au fost scrise în acest regulament. E cam greu să le scriem chiar pe toate, majoritatea regulilor nescrise sunt logice.

I. General:

The punishments apply to everyone regardless of level.
Punishments will be applied ingame and on the forum in the Complaints Section.
You have the obligation to make screenshots and post them in the Complaints Section if you see a player breaking the rules.
Safe Zones (where you are not allowed to open fire): Any Pay’n’Spray, Tuning, CNN LS, Bank LS, Rentcar LS/SF, Farmer, Trucker, Gas Pumps, Gunshop LS/SF, GarbageMan, LSPD, City Hall, Civilian Spawn and Car Dealership.
At any rule where the punishment is „ban differs”, the admin decides the number of days.

II. Language:
Important: Punishments will be applied regardless the insult/offense was censored (with ****) or not, including abbreviations. Punishments may be applied also according to the severity of the deed.
1.Offense of any kind brought to a player/mob etc. (Ex: „Stupid”, „Smart ass”, „Idiot”).

First offense: +1 Warn.
Second offense: Ban 2 days.
Third or more: Ban differs between 3-7 days.

2.Insults of any kind brought to a player/mob

First offense: Ban 1 day.
Second offense: Ban 3 days.
Third or more: Ban differs between 5-14 days.

3.Insults/offense brought to any admin, including threats or mockery of any kind.
Will get punished according to the admin’s judgement. Note: You will get banned regardless you insulted him in Sa:Mp or in another way (Messenger, Skype, Forum etc.).

4.Insults brought to the server

Permanent ban from the first offense.

5.Insults/offenses written on any chat visible to all players (/ad, /live, /news).

First offense: Ban 3 days.
Second or more: Ban 5 days – Permanent (depending on the situation).

6.Stupid or indecent nicknames.

We do not allow such nicknames to be used so we will punish you with a permanent ban from the first offense.

III. Deathmatch:
Important: Punishments apply to every player regardless of the faction they are in. Below are some exceptions. Ingame: If a punishment for DM was already applied but you continue to fire, we will go along to the next punishment (regardless 5 seconds, 10 seconds have passed).

1.Deathmatch in Safe Zones:

First offense: Ban 1 day.
Second or more: Ban differs between 3-7 days.

2.Deathmatch of any kind outside the Safe Zones (excessive or without reason):

First offense: +1 Warn.
Second offense: Ban 1 day.
Third or more: Ban differs between 3-7 days.

Important : This rule doesn't apply for mobs which are attacking/killing people from "Blacklist".

3.Drive-by (killing a player with the help of the car):
Note: Because of the Sa:Mp bug, drive-by with Deagle is strictly forbidden and punishable with 5 days ban from the first offense.

A) Attacking/Killing a player while being a passenger:

First offense: +1 Warn.
Second or more: Ban differs between 1-3 days.

B) Killing a player or having the intention to do so by going over him while being a driver:

First offense: +1 Warn.
Second or more: Ban differs between 1-3 days.

C) Attacking or killing someone with a weapon, while being a driver:

First offense: 1 day ban.
Second or more: Ban differs between 3-5 days.

D) Attacking or killing someone with a weapon, while being a passenger and having no driver:

First offense: 3 days ban.
Second or more: Ban differs between 5-7 days.

4.Kamikaze (when you kill or try to kill, one or more people, with the help of a vehicle, a helicopter's blade, exploding a gas shop etc.).

Ban 3 days from the first offense.

IV. Advertisement: The advertisement (known as /ad) can strictly be used for important announcements (selling/buying property, announcing events or news about events), otherwise the next punishments will be applied:

First offense: +1 Warn.
Second or more: Ban 1-3 days.

V. Scams (of property or anything else excepting illegal games).
This is strictly forbidden on our server. So, depending on the case, the admin decides the fate and punishments for these players.

- scamming someone by pretending to be an Arms Dealer or accepting money and not giving them the weapons will be punished with +1 warn.
- scamming someone by pretending to be a Lawyer will be punished according to the money that was given (warn/ban 3-5 days or more).
- scamming someone or trying to scam someone with iname goods (biz/house/car) without an admin being present will be punished like this: the person who got scammed will lose the goods and the person who scammed will get permanently banned.


VI. Cheats and bug abuse
1. Cheating on our server will result in a permanent ban.
2. Bug abusing on our server will result in a 3 days ban or permanently ban. It depends on the bug severity.
* Some examples of bug abusing :
Driving a faction bike ( when you are not from that faction ), C-Bug ( Ban 3 days ), auto clicker or anything else that allows you not to get kicked after 30 minutes if you are AFK without /sleep.
3. Cleo Mods are forbidden in our server excepting Emergency Lights Mod. Anyone who will be caught using this mods will be permanently banned from our server.
4. Any abuse of anims during a contract, when cops spray you etc. will be punished with +1 warn.
5. Jail Breaking will be punished with a permanent ban. In case you stumble over such a bug, make screenshots quickly and relog. After that post the bug on the forum.

VII. Stolen accounts
The staff is not responsible for stolen accounts. The B-Zone Account is your property so you must take care of it.

For your account safety , set a sophisticated password ( At least 8 characters / Not easy to guess )
Don't register on other sites / servers with the same credentials like in B-Zone.
Don't download any suspect files which can be considered keyloggers.

VIII. Other rules:
[color=violet]1.Barbut or any other illegal game (duels for money etc.) will be forbidden from now on, thus anyone caught playing these games will be punished as follows:

- First offense: +1 warn for both parties.
- Second offense: Ban 1-3 days for both parties.

2. Using the /quit command when a cop is following you will be punished with Ban 1 day and the suspention of your driving license.

3.The /report function will be used to signal cheaters, bug abusers, severe problems etc. Once you did a /report you need to wait for the admin’s answer. If the admin does not answer at that moment do not keep spamming on /report but wait 1-2 minutes to do another report. Any stupid report will be punished with kick/warn/ban depending on the case.

4.Any player until level 7 has the right to ask for level money from admins only if that player doesn’t have the necessary money and if he has the necessary respect points.

5.Loaning is forbidden on the server. If you do decide to make loans, they will be at your own risk. We will not help you if you don’t get the money back and we warn you that the possibility to get cheated is very high.

6.Loaning houses/cars/businesses to other players (even friends) will be made at your own risk. We warn you that the possibility to get cheated is very high.

7.Threatening other players with kick/warn/ban:
-Punishable with warn or ban depending on the case.

Real life threats or severe threats will be punished with a 3-5 days ban or more.


8. Helping other players making a job skill.
-Players which will be caught doing this will be punished by resetting their skills to skill 1

9. Abusing of /enter and /exit commands to heal from the HQ will result in a one day ban and kicking from his faction.

10. Disturbing an auction/event will be punished with kick/warn/ban depending on the case. It’s up to the admin to decide.

11. Illegal business ( with real money or steam accounts etc ) are forbidden and you will be permanently banned.

12. Asking admins for /unfreeze when you are are tied up, tazered, cuffed or any other situation from which you dont need to escape will result in +1 warn.

13. Using the QUIT command to escape some situations (/q on tie, /q on wanted, /q on black list etc.) will be punished with +1 warn or ban.

**Observations regarding Auctions: •At any auction the next bid will be 500.000$ more than the last. •Don’t bid more than you have in your bank account or cash (Warning: „A friend will loan me money.” Is not allowed). You bid in the moment you have the money and only the money you have, otherwise you will get banned for a certain amount of time. The ban’s duration will be as the admin decides. •Don’t bid less than the last bidder, otherwise you will get punished with kick/warn/ban depending on the case. The admin has the final call.

For any broken rule that is not written here you will be punished by the admins who handles that case. Thus you have no excuse to tell us that the rule was not written. It is hard to write exactly all the rules, most of the unwritten rules are logical.
